Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
These terms govern your use of Rideology. By creating an account you agree to them. This is a template to be reviewed by your legal adviser before launch.
The service
Rideology is a platform that helps colleagues at the same warehouse arrange shared car journeys. We provide the matching, routing and booking tools; we are not a party to the journey itself and do not provide transport.
Eligibility & accounts
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep your number secure.
- Drivers are responsible for holding a valid licence, insurance and roadworthy vehicle.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
Rides & conduct
- Seat requests, approvals and cancellations are made through the app in good faith.
- Be punctual, courteous and lawful. We may suspend accounts for misuse.
- Any cost‑sharing between members is arranged between them; Rideology does not process ride payments.
Subscriptions
Access starts with a free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription billed by Direct Debit via GoCardless. You can cancel as described in‑app; charges already incurred are non‑refundable except where required by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rideology is provided “as is”. We are not liable for the conduct of members or for the journeys arranged through the platform. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
