Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Rideology account and associated data at any time. Submit the form below using the mobile number on your account, or email hello@rideology.co.uk.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, mobile number, role, warehouse/department/shift/team, start location).
• Driver vehicle details, if any.
• Your trips, seat bookings and notifications.
• Your subscription record (any active Direct Debit is cancelled with our payments provider).

Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g. billing records) for the legally required period, then deleted. Requests are normally completed within 30 days.
